Good Sunday Morning ..... 28th December 2014 ..... 4:15am Its a rainy morning in Mindanao and parts of the Visayas. Expect more rain/heavy rain as the Tropical Disturbance gets closer. Luzon looks mostly dry and slightly cooler today with the Northeast Monsoon influencing the weather there. Yesterday I was noticing probabilities of 2 systems possibly forming east of the Philippines. We are watching these closely. One source is thinking possibly a Tropical Storm/Tropical Depression/Typhoon by January 4 coming to Mindanao. Lets watch and see the development for a day or two before we say what it will do and where it will go. Well deal with these as more development occurs or if it dissipates.
