Good Sunday morning FBF. First and foremost i thank God for the air he continuously allows me to breath. To be alive is a blessing in itself. I have a hard decision to make. You see I have an opportunity to get a double organ transplant. But before I can be put on the transplant list i have to loose 100 lbs. Now loosing 100 lbs on my own will take some time. My other option would be surgery. Gastric bypass surgery. This surgery shrinks the stomach so you will get full faster and eat less. The weight loss is far more faster then conventional weight loss. I have talked to a few friends who are close to me. They are all agents me doing the gastric bypass. One says If your not motivated to loose weight on your own, how can you be motivated after surgery another friend is worried about the additional surgery. I need help FBF. Please offer some advise on what I should do and why . Thank you family
