Good Thursday Morning! 23nd July 2014 - 3:30am Dons Un-Official/Non-Professional Forecast ***** This is my own personal view on the weather and not in any way associated with any Professional Forecast by Pagasa or any other reporting agency. I make no claim that my forecast is accurate, more accurate, or less accurate. My suggestion is to check or compare my generic forecast with Pagasas forecast as soon as Im able to get it and post it. Low Pressure Area 96W is just a tick north of Yap continuing to move west/northwest. We must continue monitoring 96W until there are more information from Pagasa and westernpacificweather . The best I can say at this point is to prepare in case this makes landfall in the Philippines. At 4:40am it looks cloudy and some what rainy over most of the Philippines.
