Good Tuesday - October 14, 2014 - 5:15am Weather Advisory Mindanao and All the Visayas Im finding zero data from Pagasa of the Low Pressure Area just passing Palau and the Low Pressure Area near Palikir. Both of these are moving towards the West/Northwest. Low Pressure Area just west of Palau continues moving towards Northern Mindanao and Cebu. Only a guess but CEBU should PREPARE as Well as all points between Caraga and Cebu. Mostly sunny today in most of the Philippines with chances of showers, thunderstorms, and even at times heavy rain. Always keep Prepared!
