Good UAAP Moment: Let me just mention my experience last night... On my way home, I was on a ride in a bus bound to SM Fairview from Araneta, Cubao. My friend, Saddam Batua, and I was talking about how the Game 3 has been. We talked about the crowd, the teams, the schools and other stuffs about UAAP. After about 30mins, my friend left the bus. His seat beside me had been filled by a guy. Surprisingly, I noticed that he is from FEU because of his shirt. After a few minutes, I heard someone said, KUYA, CONGRATS SA NU (just assuming that it was NU, baka kasi INYO. hehehe). And, it was the FEU guy. I was stunned but replied as well my praises and admiration for FEU. We talked about how the NU and FEU teams have performed; our expectations that the rival school would make a rally on the 4th quarter but didnt happen; their guess on how NU would be doing in UAAP (even saying that this year is an NU year because of the continuous wins in several sporting events). Our talk ended with an exchange of hopes for a good season (for both NU and FEU) next year. Indeed, very pleasant conversation between students of supposedly rival schools. After which, we settled in silence. When we reached SM Fairview, I bid again to the FEU guy my compliments for their team and school. He replied the same message for NU. And, I went out of the bus. Feel good experience of friendship and sportsmanship between UAAP schools and their supporters. :) Sana ganito lagi. Okay maging competitive hindi maging rude.
