Good Wednesday morning ! Happy Hump Day ! I hope everybody has a great one ! I work for a living and often times im covered in sawdust or dirt, paint, sheetrock mud, tile mortar or whatever else im working with that day. I never worry about my appearance at the end of my day, im generally tired and ready to go home. Yesterday i sanded sheetrock and primed and painted a bathroom so i had sheetrock dust, primer and paint on me, typical day. I stopped at a convenience store and got a chocolate milk and snack cake. When i walked to the counter to stand in line and was behind a lady and man, both well dressed and neat, as usual i smile and say hello, they both looked at me and my appearance and instantly wanted nothing to do with me. The woman actually moved up a little further to put distance between us. I was summarily judged and deemed inappropriate just that quick. I couldnt help but smile and think poor little people. Just because someone doesnt look like you doesnt mean youre better than them or that they want anything from you or that they dont deserve common courtesy. Alwa
