Good Wednesday morning Last evening a much needed steady - TopicsExpress

Good Wednesday morning Last evening a much needed steady soaking rainfall overtook the county for the better part of 3 hours. This was in association to an upper level low pressure system just off to our North East. We received at my recording station as of 2 am, just over a half inch of rain. (0.59) This same low pressure system will be responsible for overcast and mostly cloudy conditions today. Temps will remain in the mid to upper 60s for a daytime high. Overnight, temps will dip back into the low to mid 50s. Thursday clouds will break for peaks of sunshine especially as we progress into the afternoon. Daytime highs Thursday will climb into the upper 60s to low 70s. Friday starts off with sunshine but a fast and powerful cold front will be racing in our direction bringing with it more rainfall. Right now, it looks like we remain dry throughout the first half of our Friday with the action coming after 8pm. Rainfall, some that may be heavy at times and associated with a few rumbles of thunder will push across our region Friday evening lasting into the first part of your Saturday before clearing and much cooler conditions invade for the 2nd half of the weekend. Right now it looks like we start to dry out sometime after 12 noon on Saturday. Sunday the Fall feel will be felt as daytime highs will struggle to break into the low 60s! Burr! ~Justin
