Good afternoon Brothers, Sisters and Friends.... Here, we have some Important Information that you may not know. Asot and Gaston continue to be wrong and continue to misinform the public about our Economic Growth. Over the last two years, weve grown more than any other Country in the Eastern Caribbean Currency Union! Fact is, in 2013, we grew by 4%. St. Vincent by 3.8%, Anguilla shrunk by 3.5%, Dominica shrunk by .6%. Grenada grew by just 1.2%, Montserrat grew by 2.6%, St. Kitts/Nevis grew by 1%, and St. Lucia shrunk by .5%. (These facts can be verified by the Caribbean Development Bank (CDB), and the Eastern Caribbean Central Bank (ECCB) We have BEACHES set to break ground and create thousands of new jobs, 1700+ in the construction phase and a further 700+ in long term employment. Were reducing taxes, by raising the Tax threshold for PIT putting money back into the pockets of 4000+ people, as well as adding to A further 14 000 people that comprise the lower and middle classes that will see their monthly taxes reduced by an average of 20 percent. The next budget includes funding allocated to the National Development Fund, 100 Million EC Dollars. The Government will utilize these resources in a number of priority areas including: 1. Infrastructure Development, especially Road Works. 2. Development of Primary Health Care Facilities in key Communities. 3. Retrofitting and Upgrading Public Schools. 4. Renovation of Historic Sites and Police Stations - (to ensure safer communities for all.) 5. Implementing a Reef Marking Project to expand the Charter Boat Business. 6. Financing a Youth in Agriculture Development Initiative. 7. Construction of a Storage and Agriprocessing Facility. 8. Financing a Youth Entrepreneurs Program. 9. Enhancing the Small Business Credit Guarantee Scheme. 10. Developing a Micro-Finance Program to support Micro-Businesses. 11. Land development and housing Programs including a Mortgage Subsidy Program. Its Our Country, Our Future, In Our Hands. UPP NOW MORE THAN EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!
