It has been a while since I answered questions we get sent to this page, e-mail and asked…so here we go: If I get into an accident in a private property car accident, like a “fender bender” do I need a police report? Typically no, both parties just exchange information and contact their insurance companies. If you need one for some reason, we will respond and complete one for you.
