Good afternoon MAJOR MASS with CLASS SQUAD!! Today we train SHOULDERS/ARMS! Im sure you are saying, we trained shoulders YESTERDAY!! You are CORRECT!! Who says you cant train them TWO days in a row??? SHOULDERS/BICEPS/TRICEPS: Hammer Strength seated shoulder press. Dumbbell front raises. Rear delts. Dumbbell laterals. Barbell shrugs(HEAVY). Seated alternating dumbbell curl. Small bar bicep curls. Hammer strength bicep curls. Cable curls. Tricep extentions. Overhead dumbbell tricep press. Precor tricep pushdowns. Close grip bench press!!! Cardio: 60mins on treadmill.
