Good afternoon everyone! Mimika is looking for an intern: Someone enthusiastic and passionate about arts and music to join this community of musicians, artists and studio engineers. We are looking for a person that is interested in furthering their skills in audience development and promotion, helping with administration, enjoys social media and who wants to be part of this vibing community and meet various incredible artists and other people, promoters and companies we collaborate with. In the last year this 20 piece progressive orchestra has become a busy orchestra and a growing arts community, playing Latitude Festival, Love Supreme Festival, London Jazz Festival, went on tour to Croatia, playing many London based gigs and starting a residency at the Spice of Life in Soho. Mimika has also started a working relationship with Paddock Studios where were developing a set of monthly youtube video shows with the broader community centred around Mimika and Paddock Studios alike. The work would take place at Paddock Workspaces in Dollis Hill, North West London, once a week (day to be confirmed). 10 - 5 pm. More details to be discussed with you directly.
