Good afternoon everyone!!here are the workouts for our competition on Sunday.we still have a few places left for both mon & women so if anyone thinks that they are good enough to do the workouts please mail to book a spot. Workout 1: (8 min time cap) Complete as fast as possible -Thrusters -Burpees 10 reps x 4 sets each Men lift:35kg Women lift:25kg Workout 2: Complete as fast as possible 21-15-9 reps on each -wall ball throws 9kg/5kg -kb swing (A) 20kg/12kg -2ft box jump/step up Workout 3: -Clean & Jerk x30 reps 50kg/30kg Workout 4: as many reps as you can in 4 mins -Over head squat x6 reps 40kg/20kg With -Dead lift x12 reps 60kg/40kg 1 min rest As many reps as you can in 2 mins -15 air squats -10 ab mat crunches Plus the FINAL workout will be announced on the day!!!
