Good afternoon everyone,welcome all new likers...once again,a few things have recently come to light,therefore please note these new Amendments to ordering,shop orders,bookings etc; 1, minimum time scale to order services will know be 14 days...( except flowers )..Your full balance would be automatically due on booking... 2, no venue date,location or if linen required.. No measurements in inches...NO quote...3, NO text enquiries whatsoever... 4, Appointment bookings will now carry a £2.50 charge..this will be refunded at actual appointment, I have to turn people away as I am fully booked on consultations.. Or have to work even longer hours to see some customers.. No shows with no contact,avoid me from booking in orher customers... 5, ..I DO NOT disclose my suppliers to anyone...we do not mind helping people out by ordering items in,but NO deposit... NO order... And please be reminded we are currently NOT suppliers until 2015...6, if you are not happy with any designs made up by myself,and wish to make changes.. You may be charged extra for this.. 7, I will not tolerate any rudeness whatsoever toward myself or any member of my staff... Please note these new amendments have been under construction for a while now,they will be discussed with every customer who now contacts me .) thanks for your time folks x
