Good afternoon my warriors! As you face the day and all it holds remember that how you react is the choice that holds how your day will unfold. Make it a good day! Father, In this life we face many things and grow as we overcome them. Once we learn not to fight the teacher the lessons become easier. We struggle to hold on to what is known and comfortable only to learn that growth is not possible unless we stretch into the unknown and uncomfortable. We were built in such a way that if we stay in the same place we will waste away or worse… stagnate. We need the new and unknown adventure to energize our spark and give us the strength to keep moving forward. There are so many in this world that are like me; unwilling to change our lifestyle, our home, the shape of our family and so much more. What is known is safe and what is comfortable is irreplaceable. It’s like a child’s teddy or a blanket… it means security. To rock that boat is a scary thing, but to learn and grow is necessary. We may not know for sure where we are going but we do know that we all have a destination. So today I pray that we raise our sails and set forth into the big unknown with excitement in our spirit and faith in you in our heart. I know you will keep us safe and hold our hands through every storm. I love you Father, In Jesus’ name… Amen. Be victorious in all you do; know you are beautiful; know you are loved; know you never, ever walk alone; honor the one that created you; honor the one that died for you; and remember, there can be no half way… laugh… til you pee and warrior on! ~
