Good afternoon run club, Fingers crossed this is the last day with this cold, damp weather for the season! We will run outside tonight at 6pm, so dress appropriately please. We will meet in the lobby at 6pm and head outside to stretch. I hope everyone can find some time in their schedule to get “our run on” today. We could all use a good mind set after the last 3 days of weather… Also, the Atlanta Half Marathon( a 5K is offered as well) is this weekend. Life Time has purchased this event and the run club employees will be downtown all weekend to support its efforts. Even if you do not want to run the race, please come down to check out our run tents and the EXPO at the World Congress Center associated with the race. If you do wish to run there is a promo code that provides you with a $10 discount off the running fee. It is supposed to be a beautiful weekend and I would love your support at any of the events this weekend.
