Good afternoon to you and my fellow listeners. I am a boy of 23 years old and have been admitted into one of the top universities in the country. I am currently in level 100. My elder brother is in the same school but in his final year. Our dad is no more and our mother is aged and not feeling too well, but my brother somehow managed to cater for us whiles he was still in school. He took care of my Senior High needs whilst sending money timely for our mothers upkeep. We all didnt understand how he could do all that since to our best of knowledge he wasnt working. Now he has paid my admission and provided every other thing I needed to enter this school and I cant help but be grateful. Last two weeks he called me and told me that its high time he let me in on some secrets since I am also part of the school now. My brother went ahead to reveal to me that he was a member of a fraternity in the school and that is where he gets all the money from. He asked me to join so I could benefit from it too and also take charge of my life and stop being dependent. He explained that it had nothing to do with human sacrifices or anything of that sort and he even told me how their initiations take place. I was a little scared after that, everything sounded extremely spiritual. I am not the strong Christian type but I am not willing to get myself into anything of that sort. Moreover I have heard a lot of stories about these fraternities and I didnt want to get involved. But my brother told me that if I wouldnt get into it, then he will leave me to my fate. According to him, the new members will be initiated in the middle of this month; 15th and I am to make up my mind before then. Can u imagine the kind of situation Im in right now? Im so so confused, please what should I do?
