Good cops protect and serve. They appreciate helpful information. Bad cops are tyrants and fabricate their reports. Older officers, who are corrupt teach them how to word their reports. I know, I have worked on 11 of these cases so far. This is why Amendment 11 in the constitution needs to be repealed as the tyrants hide behind it and use it to reduce the number of successful lawsuits against bad cops. Bad cops make good cops look bad. When you family members in law enforcement like I do, who are good cops, you want the bad cops fired so that the public does not take out any of the good cops.
