Good day everyone from beautiful Eastern Rugby, North Dakota. We are starting to notice the rolling hills, as we are slowly making our way back to the mountains...:) We are 18 miles in, and found some road side shelter for a mid day break. We iced our legs in Pleasant Lake, took advantage of some yoga/meditation in the shade, and are now making some yummy early dinner getting geared up for our PM miles. We are still in awe of the giving hearts that have joined us this week, and whom have opened their doors. For each of you, thank you. Today we found a sea of beautiful yellow along our route. A sure sign that the awareness flag is waving high in the approach of a world with an answer to cancer. We set up for some amazing pictures that will find its way to our new cover photo soon... Here is a little video of our behind the scenes of this beautiful picture that will be sure to give & inspire. We have seen 2 snakes so far today. One while running, and one just now beside LE. Yep, the fun dial has just been cranked up another notch. (Dont worry, our heads are on a swivel) Tonight we are blessed to be hosted by Northern Lights Inn in Rugby.
