Good day my friends ~ I have read many comments about people saying they will go nuts if they watch another ice bucket challenge. To those who have uttered those words ~ I challenge you to watch this video, to learn what ALS truly is. Is everyone following the challenge rules? No, but whether they followed them to the letter or did it their own way ~ the message is getting out there. It is making a difference in the lives of those suffering & dying of ALS and their families that are going through it with them. Please keep this one going. The more money that is raised for research, the more interest, the squeakier the wheel ~ the more important this disease will come in the eyes of the pharmaceutical companies. Does this disease affect as many people as many types of cancer? No. Does it make it less important? Does it make it NOT worth the effort? No. Be part of the solution, not the problem.
