Good day to all To add to below expressed views, the governance (or rather the complete lack of it), policy paralysis and deep rooted corruption in the last 10 years has taken India to such an ‘abyss’ that the UPA in their advertisements are taking credit for building roads, bridges, airports, mobile system and metro. This is so pathetic. It is the basic duty of the Government to get this done and its a fact that India is lagging behind at least 20 years in infrastructure development. Even places like Ethiopia, Sudan and landlocked central african countries are building more than this. See the roads in Addid Ababa Ethiopia, see the mobile network in Uzbekistan, see the airports in the bleeding country like Pakistan and judge for yourself. Thailand going through the worst of turmoil, floods and crops failure, but still their currency is much stronger than India. In the 1980’s, 1 Rupee = 1.6 Thai Baht. Today 1 Thai Baht = Rs 1.88 I must also remind UPA that the first Metro was built in Kolkata when we were in school back in the 70’s. and it took the UPA Govt. 40 years to get it done in Delhi, the Capital. In “Maha”rashtra, Rs 10,000 Crores apparently spend on irrigation and dams, but the factual report concludes that barely 1.5% development has been achieved while the rest has been scammed and looted (reckon for the Party expenses and polls). If we look at the villages & remote interiors of our nation (who provide us with our food & grains) there not not even clean drinking water, electricity and most basic health care for the children and old, while we are harping about sending Chandrayan to Moon, because there is no accountability of funds in Defence & space. BJP & Congress can spend Rs 200 crores in Mega-Rallies but does nothing concrete and sustainable for the 70% rural India, as they have jointly prevented the RTI on Party Funding sources. Go to the North East and see why they do not think themselves as part of India, because of the dire neglect for decades. This is shockingly disgraceful & that is what that needs to change and I believe that this what AAP can eventually bring about – a change in the system and a complete paradigm shift. God bless & Jai Hind!
