Good dude-humans who love my fiance´Trent Hill (otherwise known as an esteemed professional in his own right) and/or me or both of us or who work w/ one or the other of us or who said Hi! that one time on the street: Trents surgery is Tuesday. Per his request, I will be keeping everyone updated. Thank you so much to our friends and family who are helping us at each step of the way. You are golden people and may the earth etch your likeness into the side of a hill when our species is long passed. A small request, unless you are super-close w/ one or both of us, please dont call, email, or text me while the surgery is occurring or while were waiting for results. On my dogs life, I will keep everyone informed. Ill be staying at the hospital for the duration of Trents stay--which could be as short as three days or as long as six--and I will have my hands full. B/c the whole point of my being there is overseeing care of my guy. Please dont be hurt if you receive your updates via group email or Trents Facebook wall or mine. Im incredibly well organized, but when you add in the holidays, the end-times nationwide storms, my tumultuous health and, also, doing publicity for Altitude Sickness--huge thanks to my editor and publisher for understanding why Im taking a few weeks off and, also, for volunteering to help w/ everything--things are, shall we say, a wee busy. Thank you for your well-wishes, prayers, candle-lighting, mental high-fives, and psychic Hell, yeah!s. We appreciate it more than we can adequately convey.
