Good early afternoon everyone! I have now returned from Christmas Break and will have the website updated this evening. I will have forecasts on the event late tomorrow into Monday as well as a possible event after New Years. Additionally, I will have a video tomorrow on where the cold and snow is and whether my forecast for a cold and snowy winter will still verify. Finally, we will be starting a few new things here at Severe Weather 101 to kick off 2015. The first thing is more frequent video updates. I now have a YouTube page for Severe Weather 101 that I will be posting videos on for work week and weekend forecasts, large weather events, and daily regional forecasts. These daily regional forecasts are also something I have considered on the website. Secondly, we will now be doing storm modes here at Severe Weather 101. I will be adding a page to the website explaining these storm modes. Basically, we will have storm mode, tornado mode, hurricane mode, and winter mode prior to significant storm events. The storm mode will be added as the cover picture on the Facebook page when I declare it. There will also be guidelines created of when storm mode is activated. Finally, I am going to tell everybody a little about myself. I will be doing a video on New Years Eve introducing myself, telling everyone a little about me, and talking about what I hope for Severe Weather 101 in 2015. Have a wonderful Saturday! -Christian
