Good evening! 2 day report: Wednesday: 1.5 hrs. Of Kung Fu including 20 minutes of Standing Strong 100 (Horse Training)with Stacey Birdy Byham. Sm. Snake Sm. Dragon Sm. Tiger Sm. Leopard Sm. Crane Big Tiger x 4 10 minutes Standing Strong OneHundred Palm training: 30 strikes/ 5 hand positions. 10 push-ups 10 leg lifts 10 pull-ups Seated Meditation 36 Kriyas Thursday 1.5 hours of Qi Gong and Taiji with Stacey. Which included 20 minutes of Standing. We did: Sijo Carl Tottons Big 10 Gong with the exception of a couple of exercises. Warm up Body Rub Power Yoga set ( 2 parts) Tai chi Ruler level 1 Tai chi Ruler level 2 Standing Meditation (20 min) Tai Daily Dozen Level 1 Tai Ji Core 19 Yang Form Beijing 24 Form Me: Big Tiger x 4 Big Snake x1 1 hour ATIH heart meditation with Ignacio. Palm Training 10 pull -ups 10 push ups 10 leg lifts 10 minutes of Standing Strong 100 I will do body rebalancing from Hooponopono and spend 30-60 minutes doing seated meditation. There is a great satisfaction to know that I am taking care of me and sticking to my goals. Thank you for those of you who continuously post and inspire me.
