Good evening FB friends and family. I am due to be in court tomorrow morning at 9 am, in Winchester. This is for the accident I had in October. I am reading the weather report, and it looks like freezing rain. Ive left a message with the arresting officer and called the court. I sure hope they are wrong about the weather.
