Good evening Hon.AMW,today i wish to get your attention and that of your aides.its a disgrace to the society when a person in leadership take his very precoius time to insult people instead of solving the problem at hand.it would be also an abuse to the english language for such a person to call himself an intellect.mheshimiwa i wish to draw your attention to one #laban thuo..in a post today relating to uwezo fund he abused and used vulgar language will addressing the issue...that was a clear indication of a failed leadership.bearing in mind that he is a member of the uwezo fund committee ,his behavior leaves us with alot of questions regarding his integrity..we as kandarians will not bury our heads in the sand and assume that all is well.mheshimiwa your have to audit your team or we shall consider their failure as yours and ofcourse come 2017 we shall look for a better management.#laban is just one example....take charge and mind about the picture that you and your team are portraying to kandarians.thankyou
