Good evening. It is currently 94° in Quartzsite, but it feels a little warmer with the humidity around 37%. The National Weather Service in Phoenix has us under a Flash Flood Watch through tomorrow morning. The closest rain currently is a light shower over 72 northwest of the junction at 60. The forecast calls for a 10% chance of rainfall through the evening for our area. Our recent calls are as follows: August 10, 2014 4:10am - A neighbor walked into the station short of breath. Our patient refused additional care. 8:28am - We responded to a call for public assistance at Cactus Patch. 5:12pm - A patient walked into thee station with chest pain. They refused transport to additional care. August 11, 2014 9:12pm - RV Fire (see pictures) August 12, 2014 12:18am - Run number 824 was a call for medical assistance. Our patient was taken to La Paz Regional Hospital. 2:13am - Call number 825 for the year was also a medical assist. Our patient was transported to Palo Verde Hospital for care.
