I have been talking with the manager of this place, whos also an FB friend of mine, who just gave us a good discount for an overnight stay on New Years Day (usually a peak season). Since there are only 12 lots available, 8 if we exclude myself & my 3 kids, we may need to draw lots of the remaining 8 pax left during our Christmas Party. I can only answer for the accommodation + the 8 free buffet breakfast (including myself & my kids). Someones got to take care of the transport of going there + the addition 4 breakfast @ PhP195/each). Below are the information I have managed to obtain from him: Classic Log Cabin a. Three (3) BRs each w/own toilets & bath; b. Masters BR is air-con w/queen bed & quality bed covers & sheets, cabinet, TV & DVD player; c. Two (2) Sleeping accommodations for 8 guests, max of 12 guests including children using extra mattresses; d. Complete kitchen (puede tayong magluto), dining, living room, scenic terraces & a maids room (that can also accommodate 1 or 2 more pax); e. Welcome drinks for everyone + one (1) free bottle w/pulutan for new years eve + no corkage for additional bottles, complimentary buffet styled breakfast for 8 guests (additional PhP195/each), towels & toiletries; f. Access to clubhouse facilities, pool, karaoke & piano bar, Wi-Fi zone, DVD library, games, sports and kiddie toys; g. Rate: PhP10,950.00/night + 12% (PhP1,314,00) VAT + 10% (PhP1,095.00) S.C. = PhP13,359.00; h. Check-in on Wednesday, December 31, 2014 @ 1:00pm, and check-out on Thursday, January 1, 2015 @ 11:00am; and i. We are only given until Wednesday, Nov. 12, 2014 6:00pm to decide.
