Good evening all ... Today was the Celebration of my Moms life so we left Emily in the great hands of Darla and Shawna and they definitely took good care if her. She got the royal spa treatment. She got her legs shaved and a nice leg massage so she is all nice and smooth now. She also got her nails and toes polished. I think all that attention wore her out since she is resting so peacefully now. Emily was able to get up to sit in the chair so her and Darla were reading magazines. It has to just feel great being able to do that rather than lay in bed all day. Her blood pressure has been up but they gave her some medicine and it is coming down. She definitely has gotten anxiety thru all of this and we can certainly tell when things are getting rough for her. They told us also that her blood sugar levels are up as well but they are monitoring her and if needed she will get insulin to bring that down. They told us that is normal with everything that has happened to her. Her lungs are getting clearer so that is a great sign. She is such a fighter. I know that God is watching her always and is keeping his healing hands on her. Hope you all have a good night. For my Tennessee family ... I just have to say. GO VOLS. 💕
