Friendly reminder that the claiming of the 1D Official Event Access Card starts TOMORROW (August 1st, 2014) at any e-PLUS Tap to Pay booths located in SM Cinema branches nationwide!! SIMPLE STEPS TO CLAIM YOUR 1D e-PLUS TAP TO PAY OFFICIAL EVENT ACCESS CARD: 1. Present your 1D acknowledgement receipt and e-PLUS Tap to Pay temporary access card at the e-PLUS Tap to Pay booth. 2. Fill up the application form 3. Surrender the e-PLUS Tap to Pay temporary card in exchange for your 1D e-PLUS Tap to Pay event access card. Note: Option to own the e-PLUS Tap to Pay generic card is available. Just add Php.50 and enjoy discounts on merchandise, snacks and so much more. For more info on e-PLUS Tap to Pay, visit eplus.ph 4. Once registered, your section and seat details are now transferred to you 1D official event access card. 5. Your name will be printed on the card. 1D EVENT ACCESS CARD ADVISORY: KEEP YOUR CARD SECURED AT ALL TIME. I. On the day of the event, make sure to bring your 1D e-PLUS Tap to Pay official event access card. - To enter the event venue, please tap your card at the gate. - Get the access print out. *Event ushers will be checking the access print out to ensure you are in the right section/seat. *FOR YOUR SECURITY, all 1D e-PLUS Tap to Pay official event card may only be tapped once. If tapped again, turnstile gate will remain locked. II. If you lose your 1D official event access card, please contact Customer Care at 470-2222 to blacklist your card - Lost 1D official event access card will be blacklisted and will be invalid. - To replace lost 1D official event access card, present your 1D acknowledgement receipt and 1 valid ID to any SM tickets booth. - Pay Php.100 for card replacement - Your section and seat details will be transferred to your new 1D e-PLUS Tap to Pay official event access card.
