Good evening everyone :) I just wanted to introduce myself and my princess. This is ginger and yesterday when she went in to get spayed the vet discovered she was FeLV+ luckily negative for everything else. She is 19 weeks and came to me as a foster September 23rd. Completely bottlefed and hand raised shes always been pretty healthy so this came as a surprise. I run an orphaned kitten rescue and weve had one case confirmed in the past which our vet insisted to put to sleep. I never stopped regretting it and its my mission to give my girl ginger a great life and help the world get over the fear of FeLV. My vet has given us nothing and honestly I doubt she will, she didnt even want to spay her and it took 4 hours of convincing. Any tips would be great. I ordered her wellness core for kittens. Canned and dry but intend her I eat mostly canned from now on as I read that easiest. :)
