Good evening everyone! Well my day did not go they way I thought but we had so much fun. Noah recreated Hershey Candy Lane here at our house. He played Christmas music, we had hot chocolate with whipped cream and we decorated our tree and house. We also got to watch Home Alone which is on of our favorite movies. It was such a fun day! My kids are just so amazing! It was a super day! So today I got my training schedule for the next two weeks from Jon. He really has me going hard i to training again. I have several longer runs in each week. That is something that Jon does different from what I have done. I always just did one long run a week. I think his way has given me more endurance and has made me even stronger. I have incredible stamina and can really keep going. And going. It is pretty cool. My training is definitely going to keep me busy! Today I was thinking about something that happened at the Macys Parade. While I was watching the parade, I had this very colorful man start to talk to me. He looked like Albert Einstein, he was all dressed up in a very colorful outfit and he really enjoyed life. This man was an artist, poet, composer etc, who has met alot of people. He was such a happy guy. He told me that I need to do things everyday that make me happy, you need to change up your daily routine everyday to keeps things interesting and you have to put yourself out there and meet people. This man did not have alot but he sure has a love of life and really knows how to live life to the fullest. I really have to remember this as I have had things really get me down over the past few months. I dont know the mans name but I thank him for putting things into perspective for me without even knowing it! Today I did Turbo punch, kick and jab, my weight routine and Slim in 6. Now I am off to pick up a child from work. Have a great evening!
