Good evening everyone. What a fun day! I had such a great time in Hershey with Noah. First we went to the zoo. Then we parked the car and took off on foot to explore Hershey. It was great. I have run through the town but Noah never explored the town in that way so we too a big walk all around the historical side of Hershey. Then we ended our day at the library. It was an awesome day. I am so excited for next weekend. Me and my gal Cathy made plans to meet up for a run and then coffee for her and hot chocolate for me after. I cant wait to see her. I hope she is up for a 10 miler as that is what Jon has for me next Sunday. I think I can talk her into that ha ha. She ran 31 miles with me,ten is nothing. Jon sent me my schedule for this week and the mileage is coming back up. He has some rules though for me to follow. As long as I am not hurting or feeling like the runs are too much, he is ready to take things up a bit. If anything is bothering me, I have to dial it back. I am on a mission to stay healthy through this winter while training for all of my spring races. I have several days with higher mileage and I am happy! Tonight I was reading an article on Runners World top 10 marathons. I really am addicted to running marathons. I just love it. Out of the ten that they listed, I have done only one, the New York marathon. It was incredible. The only other race they listed that is near me is the New Jersey marathon. I liked the sounds of the Mississippi Blues marathon. That sounds like it is awesome. Maybe I should do a marathon in every state. That would be amazing. One day when my kids are older I just might have to do that. That sounds like a good goal. I enjoyed doing the ramp,it up workout so much that I did it again today as well as my core stuff and slim in 6. Well I am just about done for the night and very ready for sleep. Have an awesome night!
