Good evening fellow warriors! Today marks the end of another glorious training week...its a good time to reflect on how we all did relative towards our goals. Personally, Im proud that despite fighting a sickness for the better half of the week, I managed to not compromise my routine. Feel free to share what youre proud of this week! Last Saturday I did strength based yoga, this week: performance! Its a simple burner, but gives your whole body a once over. 1 Mile Run (maintain Zone 2) Climb 18 rope (no dropping down, lower yourself slowly. This improves grip strength) 12 single leg broad jumps per leg (24 hops) 30 seconds of heavy rope waves (simultaneous waves) Bear crawl 50 yards/Reverse bear crawl 50 yards 10 Burpees Repeat everything from climbing rope to burpees 3 times. Cool down and stretch! :)
