Good evening flying friends! I am Jerry Johnston and I would very much like to finish my training so I can get my private pilots license. I was born three months premature weighing one pound 12 1/2 ounces with cerebral palsy on my left side. I took my first airplane ride when I was nine and have been bitten by the flying bug ever since. Or is that a Texas sized mosquito? I know that I would need a SODA and FAA approval. The closet airport to me is Lone Star Executive (KCXO). I would be grateful for any help and guidance offered. It is a dream I have had for a long time but had to put off because of school and college. Thank you and it is a pleasure being a part of such a great group of people.
