Good evening folks......on a Beautiful moonlit night. After a long long day....and a month of that uncertain fear of not knowing....we got the best news we could get considering the situation....Mama Stella wont be needing any further surgery. The tumors we thought were still present,were removed from the first surgery. The only concern is what he called floating cancer cells that might still be in her stomach. A PET Scan on the 28th of May will determine how much....how often....and how strong of chemo she will be treated with.....the Dr. explained to us that the type of chemo for colon cancer will not affect her hair...her immune system...or make her weak...... At this point....I am ready to kiss this doctors feet...... A months worth of anxiety...fear...uncertainty....stress...started to disappear....in a matter of minutes.....ATTITUDE he said .....is a major factor. A smile...I hadnt seen in a while ...returned to my mother in laws face....not this time Mama Stella....not this time....Thank you all..so so much....we could not do this without family and friends prayers and support....My Love and Appreciation to you all....THANK YOU LORD !!
