Pair this bottle with tonight’s feature entrée for a perfect combination of flavors. Tonight’s Features: Starter: Local Organic Heirloom Tomato’s served with fresh mozzarella cheese, sea salt, fresh cracked pepper, and a house made basil oil. Suggested wine- Wolfgang “Gru-Vee” Gruner Veltliner. Entrée’: 10 oz New York strip accompanied by a house made Monterey jack and roasted yellow corn potato cake as well as a wild mushroom, port wine reduction. Suggested wine- Alexander Valley Vineyards, Reserve, Cabernet Sauvignon. Dessert: House made Peach ice cream served with cinnamon sugar sweet bread.
