Good evening horse lovers, We are trying to get a Pinto Charter in VA off the ground. This is a costly endeavor as we want to do it right. We need to cover charter fees (Including petitioning for nonprofit) and insurance. Our plan is to offer a few open shows as well as a few Pinto exclusive shows. We saw a need for this club for ourselves, our friends, and those who we have yet to meet, and want to make this dream a reality. Our solution to the money issue was simple.
