Good evening #teambabycrom. Baby crom got discharge from the clinic, they were able to bring and maintain his fever down to 98.6 after a while of no fever but heart rate as high as 171 we came to the conclusion he was probably in pain (he was saying ouches again) so doc decided to give him morphine, after the morphine his heart rate drop to a more normal laver of 119. They believe is something viral and unfortunately if is viral not much can be done for him but to let it run its course. His ANC (Absolute neutrophil count, are a type of white blood cell that fights against infection) was normal so they believe that whatever it is he can fight on his own but they dont want to over look anything. Because baby crom has his port and a central line they did a blood culture to make sure that the line is not growing an infection, we wont know the results for around 72 hours. If he doesnt have an ok night we have to call again tomorrow and see if we should come in again and if by Saturday he is still having fevers we take him straight to the hospital and most likely get admitted.
