Good, focused, non-emotional speech by Syed Mushahid Hussain. He has repeated the same formula of success that I have been trumpeting for quite a while. He has given the examples of Turkey (Teyyip Erdogan), India (Narendra Modi) and Indonesia (Joko Widodo). All of these leaders brought change by using the age-old and time-tested formula of Change management: Effect change in your sphere of influence and then the resistors of change OPEN up to your ideas and make you their leader. All three were mayors/governors/CMs of their respective regions. They delivered with performance and ousted the deeply entrenched status quo despite all their efforts. THIS is the way to effect true change and reforms. Not some stupid container-based nightly concerts. Imran Khan, if he is serious about change, needs to effect chance in KP. Instead of these silly scripts he needs to remain patient and not panic that he is getting closer to his grave.
