Good idea but not implemented the right way. 1. One day is too long. 2) Everyone should know who the intended target is so there is no need for a sticker. 3) A child who is sensitive or who is already being bullied should not be the target. 4)This should be done on a class level not a school level. As a character education teacher some years ago I had to teach this. Most schools dont have this program in their curriculum and if they do it is like incidental teaching. Which is not enough.
