Good luck to Mick who is completing his fundraising event - Micks Mile for Merlin Micks Story I am 65 years old and was diagnosed with MS more than 20 years ago and became a regular service user at the Merlin MS Centre in Cornwall, making use of the Physiotherapy and Oxygen Therapy services since 2009. I also swim on a regular basis to improve my fitness and well-being and am able to complete 16 lengths in one session; but in order to swim a mile I will have to do 64 lengths of the pool at the Dragon Centre in Bodmin. My swim will be a special celebration for me as I managed to swim a mile just before my 11th birthday. This time despite my limitations that MS gives me, I aim to swim a mile to celebrate my 66th birthday.
