Good morning! Allergy season is here. We strongly recommend that people with seasonal allergies, aka Hayfever, take their allergy medicine every day, not just when symptoms act up. Each time a persons allergy symptoms appear, they are primed to be worse the next time. So if you take the medicine after symptoms appear, the next time the symptoms come, they will be much worse. Eventually, the runny nose, watery eyes, congestion, etc will be too strong for the medicine to help. If you take your allergy medicine every day, you prevent the allergy symptoms from appearing. Then they cant prime themselves, and you stay symptom free throughout the season.
