Good morning Cape Cod. It is truly a cloudy start here on the Cape, but not too cold. This means Ted and I can get out for our morning run. Im just finishing up my coffee as always made by a special husband. Nothing tastes as good as the first cup in the morning. Looking out my window into the yard I am seeing such striking colors, and the birds on the feeder busy as they always are. The cardinals are my very favorite, as they are the birds that mate and stay together for life, very inspiring. So hard to think the Holidays are right around the corner, it is these times when I say to myself where does time go. I remember hearing this phrase so often from my own mother and now I have become her . But please understand if I was to become someone else there would be no one Id rather be. Im thinking of my children this morning and hoping their day goes well and also my grandchildren hoping their day is a fun one as well. We cant control our thoughts, but we can control our actions, and I always try to make sure I come across as a positive energies person , concerned for the lives of others. As I always say, being positive is so much better for you than being negative. After watching a movie the other day there was a line in it that went like this bad things will always happen in life, but that doesnt mean we have to be miserable. Some how that shaw stuck in my head and I believe it to be true. Enjoy what God has given you and remember if given the chance reach out to make someone elses day a bit brighter, perhaps with a smile or a simple word, it will come back 10 fold.
