Good morning Everybody ! God is Good ! I was able to see Hal at 9 am. They got him off the respirator just after I got here. Hes in a good deal of pain but was awake and able to take ice chips and water. I could only stay for 30 min but it was a very reassuring visit. He does not seem to have any neurological deficits but they will keep him in ICU for another 23 hours to be safe. Then hell move to the cardiac step down rooms. After a week, barring complications, hell be able to come home. I cannot express with mere words how much the prayers and love being sent our way, by all of you has kept us both going. This sort of event will quickly make clear the people and things in life that are truly important. Hold close the ones you love and tell them often how much you value them. My coworkers have been phenomenal !!! So encouraging and supportive. My family.... Oh my gosh, if I had collapsed my butt wouldnt have had a chance to hit the floor because they have surrounded me like a protective force through out this ordeal. A bunch of warriors ! There are some very special and private thanks I will handle offline. So thats the update...lengthy , sorry about that. Keep the prayers coming please... Theres still a looooonnnngggg road ahead.
