Good morning Everyone, Last nights show was most fascinating, entertaining and enjoyable. This gentleman Cletus Joseph Halibut Abraham is one of Dominican gems, an icon, a patriot with a frank tongue and a genuine heart. He still has a significant contribution to make to the sustenance of cadance-lypso music in Dominica and I want to commend DadaMusic Lawrence for working with him to not only help him make a dollar for skills, unique voice and talent. Outside of all the humour, it concerned me that this man does not have the basic drining anf toilet facilities at his home. A decent radio to listen to, (with short wave lol) or basic cable tv. After making that kind of contribution to Dominicas music and culture, I sincerely think that he should be experiencing better living conditions as a senior citizen at 60 years old. He is not looking for hand-outs and he says he wont ask or beg, but he would certainly welcome some help. His # is 285 1263. I know you might be thinking that he has received funds from the NCCU cadance-lypso competition, however he is sacrificing his personal needs to try to re-invest it in the music.
