Good morning FB. Today we are going to talk about the top causes of stress in the US. And God knows we have them, but we have to find a happy medium in order to release... The top seven are: 1. Job Pressure: tension created by relationships with co-workers and supervisors; work overload. 2. Money: job loss, reduced retirement, increasing expenses. 3. Health: chronic or terminal illness; health crises. 4. Relationships: arguments with friends or family members, loneliness, death of spouse, or divorce. 5. Poor nutrition: poor diet, processed foods, refined sugars, and caffeine. 6. Media overload: excessive use of the Internet, social networking, email, radio and television. 7. Sleep deprivation: leads to inability to release stress hormones, including adrenaline. Some things that could help lessen these stressors are a good nights rest, working out, a long walk, an inexpensive vacation and a BIG glass of Moscato while sitting in a Jacuzzi, listening to some old school slow jam. Oopps, I got lost in the moment; thats my stress reliever ;o). But if you keep it movin by being active in a good way, youll be all right.
