Good morning FB family. I enjoyed my weekend so now I have to decide what I am going to do with the week ahead. Yesterday I attended a wonderful church service at Lighthouse Baptist Church and went to lunch with an old friend from the neighborhood. It was really good to catch up on old times. I am sure we will be seeing more of each other. I finished reading a great book around 1:00 this morning titled "Secret Daughter" by Shilpi Somaya Gowda. If you have not read this book please do it is really good. I joined a book club at the public library and this book is a required reading for the club. The book club will meet in August to discuss the book. I am anxious to hear the opinions of the other members. I guess I will get started on my day. Hope everyone have blessed day and enjoy the beautiful sunshine. I will now get started on my exercise regimen that I have been neglecting. Maybe I will try the gym again and see what happens. One thing I do know I have to make a decision on my exercise regimen so I will keep myself healthy so I can keep up with my daughter, Danielle. She makes sure I stay busy which I do enjoy.
