Good morning FB friends. Its a beautiful sunny crisp Autumn day in New England. Stop complaining about the cold and impending freezing temps. Live today like tomorrow may not come. Appreciate; smile wider; laugh harder; forgive and let go; compliment another person where you would otherwise not; hug and kiss your kids -- tell them all the special things that you love about them; if you like that song thats playing then dance to it and/or sing it out loud (I do that in CVS -- my family hates it). Watch how children laugh & play -- we can learn something from it; go for a run; send grandma some flowers. Let there be something about today that makes you (and those around you) feel good. Who knows, you may do it again tomorrow and make it a habit. #LiveWell
