Good morning! God bless Today’s cup of wisdom: WAITING Praise the Lord and may He bless you abundantly in Jesus name! Do not miss out on what our heavenly Father has for you today. We all experience periods where we must wait and be still and know that God truly is God. Exodus 3:14 King James Version (KJV) 14 And God said unto Moses, I Am: and he said, Thus shalt thou say unto the children of Israel, I Am hath sent me unto you. John 8:12 King James Version (KJV) 12 Then spake Jesus again unto them, saying, I am the light of the world: he that followeth me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life. John 10:7-9 King James Version (KJV) 7 Then said Jesus unto them again, Verily, verily, I say unto you, I am the door of the sheep. 8 All that ever came before me are thieves and robbers: but the sheep did not hear them. 9 I am the door: by me if any man enter in, he shall be saved, and shall go in and out, and find pasture. -The Almighty, all knowing, all seeing, all powerful God. It is through his word that we can draw strength to wait. Through His word we find peace in times when things are not exactly perfect. 2 Chronicles 16:9 King James Version (KJV) 9 For the eyes of the Lord run to and fro throughout the whole earth, to shew himself strong in the behalf of them whose heart is perfect toward him. Herein thou hast done foolishly: therefore from henceforth thou shalt have wars. Deuteronomy 33:27 King James Version (KJV) 27 The eternal God is thy refuge, and underneath are the everlasting arms: and he shall thrust out the enemy from before thee; and shall say, Destroy them. Isaiah 43:1-2 English Standard Version (ESV) Israels Only Savior 43 But now thus says the Lord,he who created you, O Jacob, he who formed you, O Israel: “Fear not, for I have redeemed you; I have called you by name, you are mine. 2 When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and through the rivers, they shall not overwhelm you; when you walk through fire you shall not be burned, and the flame shall not consume you. - We must always remember that God IS IN CONTROL! His promises are true, he cannot lie and he will never leave us nor forsake us. BUT we must remember that it is His will that is perfect and not our own. Proverbs 3:5-6 King James Version (KJV) 5 Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. 6 In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths. Numbers 23:19 King James Version (KJV) 19 God is not a man, that he should lie; neither the son of man, that he should repent: hath he said, and shall he not do it? or hath he spoken, and shall he not make it good? Deuteronomy 31:8 King James Version (KJV) 8 And the Lord, he it is that doth go before thee; he will be with thee, he will not fail thee, neither forsake thee: fear not, neither be dismayed. Isaiah 43:19 King James Version (KJV) 19 Behold, I will do a new thing; now it shall spring forth; shall ye not know it? I will even make a way in the wilderness, and rivers in the desert. -Sometimes we grow impatient and step out ahead and end up in situations that could have been avoided. Proverbs 12:15English Standard Version (ESV) 15 The way of a fool is right in his own eyes, but a wise man listens to advice. Proverbs 8:33-34King James Version (KJV) 33 Hear instruction, and be wise, and refuse it not. 34 Blessed is the man that heareth me, watching daily at my gates, waiting at the posts of my doors. James 1:14-17King James Version (KJV) 14 But every man is tempted, when he is drawn away of his own lust, and enticed. 15 Then when lust hath conceived, it bringeth forth sin: and sin, when it is finished, bringeth forth death. 16 Do not err, my beloved brethren. 17 Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and cometh down from the Father of lights, with whom is no variableness, neither shadow of turning. -AAAMEN! No shadow of turning! NO CHANGE! GOD DOES NOT CHANGE! The truth of the matter is that God’s way is the only way. After all he created us right? The truth of the matter is that God knows exactly where you are, and where you will be tomorrow. He is already there. We need to wait and not move ahead of His plan. Wherever we are, regardless of how we ‘Feel” about it, we must trust that God has the next step planned, and that as he said we will not be alone. We must stop making moves without consulting the Father for as we read above our own selfish desires lead to sin and death. We lust after worldly things, maybe a relationship, or we want a new job, a new car, house…etc. None of these things are worth anything. When we leave this place ( which we are visiting and is not our home) Not one of these things goes with us. If you are single, be joyful for that is God’s plan for you right now. Your mate is already chosen from above.. wait! If you do not like your job, pray to the Father for his will and if it is his will, he will present a new opportunity . If you are sick, pray for healing…it will be done in Jesus name! Can you wait for it with joy? If you are married Cherish that union, for it is a triune covenant that you and your partner made with the Lord. Marriage is to be honored, and man is to love his wife as God loves the church… woman is to honor her husband. Things are not always perfect, especially in marriage, because the enemy hates a union of two in God. Understand the power that this union has if there indeed is unity! And you will understand why the enemy tries so hard to cause discourse and separation. Lean not on your own understanding and hold fast to one another, to the promises of God, pray together, and when difficult situations arise seek God TOGETHER! In any situation we face, we must continually seek FIRST God’s will and God’s kingdom. We may not always like where we are, but God always has a purpose and his purpose is ALWAYS GOOD! He knew each of us before we were formed. We were all chosen, for a purpose. HIS PURPOSE, and again IT IS GOOD! Jeremiah 1:5King James Version (KJV) 5 Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee; and before thou camest forth out of the womb I sanctified thee, and I ordained thee a prophet unto the nations. Jeremiah 29:11King James Version (KJV) 11 For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the Lord, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end. -AAAAMEN! AN EXPECTED END! Not just to life but to all things, to every situation, trial, illness, every sorrow and pain, every fear, every single situation you face here has an EXPECTED END! AND GOD SAID IT IS GOOD! Psalm 139:13-16English Standard Version (ESV) 13 For you formed my inward parts; you knitted me together in my mothers womb. 14 I praise you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made.[a] Wonderful are your works; my soul knows it very well. 15 My frame was not hidden from you, when I was being made in secret, intricately woven in the depths of the earth. 16 Your eyes saw my unformed substance;in your book were written, every one of them, the days that were formed for me, when as yet there was none of them. Ephesians 2:10King James Version (KJV) 10 For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them. Matthew 6:25-34King James Version (KJV) 25 Therefore I say unto you, Take no thought for your life, what ye shall eat, or what ye shall drink; nor yet for your body, what ye shall put on. Is not the life more than meat, and the body than raiment? 26 Behold the fowls of the air: for they sow not, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns; yet your heavenly Father feedeth them. Are ye not much better than they? 27 Which of you by taking thought can add one cubit unto his stature? 28 And why take ye thought for raiment? Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow; they toil not, neither do they spin: 29 And yet I say unto you, That even Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these. 30 Wherefore, if God so clothe the grass of the field, which to day is, and to morrow is cast into the oven, shall he not much more clothe you, O ye of little faith? 31 Therefore take no thought, saying, What shall we eat? or, What shall we drink? or, Wherewithal shall we be clothed? 32 (For after all these things do the Gentiles seek:) for your heavenly Father knoweth that ye have need of all these things. 33 But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you. 34 Take therefore no thought for the morrow: for the morrow shall take thought for the things of itself. Sufficient unto the day is the evil thereof. Hebrews 11:6King James Version (KJV) 6 But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him. 1 John 5:4King James Version (KJV) 4 For whatsoever is born of God overcometh the world: and this is the victory that overcometh the world, even our faith. 2 Timothy 2:1-26King James Version (KJV) 2 Thou therefore, my son, be strong in the grace that is in Christ Jesus. 2 And the things that thou hast heard of me among many witnesses, the same commit thou to faithful men, who shall be able to teach others also. 3 Thou therefore endure hardness, as a good soldier of Jesus Christ. 4 No man that warreth entangleth himself with the affairs of this life; that he may please him who hath chosen him to be a soldier. 5 And if a man also strive for masteries, yet is he not crowned, except he strive lawfully. 6 The husbandman that laboureth must be first partaker of the fruits. 7 Consider what I say; and the Lord give thee understanding in all things. 8 Remember that Jesus Christ of the seed of David was raised from the dead according to my gospel: 9 Wherein I suffer trouble, as an evil doer, even unto bonds; but the word of God is not bound. 10 Therefore I endure all things for the elects sakes, that they may also obtain the salvation which is in Christ Jesus with eternal glory. 11 It is a faithful saying: For if we be dead with him, we shall also live with him: 12 If we suffer, we shall also reign with him: if we deny him, he also will deny us: 13 If we believe not, yet he abideth faithful: he cannot deny himself. 14 Of these things put them in remembrance, charging them before the Lord that they strive not about words to no profit, but to the subverting of the hearers. 15 Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth. 16 But shun profane and vain babblings: for they will increase unto more ungodliness. 17 And their word will eat as doth a canker: of whom is Hymenaeus and Philetus; 18 Who concerning the truth have erred, saying that the resurrection is past already; and overthrow the faith of some. 19 Nevertheless the foundation of God standeth sure, having this seal, The Lord knoweth them that are his. And, let every one that nameth the name of Christ depart from iniquity. 20 But in a great house there are not only vessels of gold and of silver, but also of wood and of earth; and some to honour, and some to dishonour. 21 If a man therefore purge himself from these, he shall be a vessel unto honour, sanctified, and meet for the masters use, and prepared unto every good work. 22 Flee also youthful lusts: but follow righteousness, faith, charity, peace, with them that call on the Lord out of a pure heart. 23 But foolish and unlearned questions avoid, knowing that they do gender strifes. 24 And the servant of the Lord must not strive; but be gentle unto all men, apt to teach, patient, 25 In meekness instructing those that oppose themselves; if God peradventure will give them repentance to the acknowledging of the truth; 26 And that they may recover themselves out of the snare of the devil, who are taken captive by him at his will. Matthew 10:8King James Version (KJV) 8 Heal the sick, cleanse the lepers, raise the dead, cast out devils: freely ye have received, freely give. -AAAAAMEN! Without Faith it is impossible to please God! Do NOT BE CONCERNED ABOUT TOMORROW! My dear brothers and sisters, our enemy is so very cunning and is the father of deception. This battle is spiritual and the principalities of evil are real! The enemy comes to steal, to kill, to destroy, to deceive, and he is prowling about waiting to cunningly devour God’s people. 1 Peter 5:8King James Version (KJV) 8 Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour: -YOUR ADVERSARY THE DEVIL, would like nothing better than to keep your mind on thoughts of yourself, your own needs, your own life. He loves to keep you in worry and fear and doubt. When according to our Heavenly Father our minds should not be stayed on us at all. He knows our needs, he loves and cares for us, he will provide for us…and nothing can snatch us out of his hand. He said no evil will be fall you, that he will never leave you, never forsake you, that he would uphold you with the right hand of HIS RIGHTEOUSNESS! So my blessed family let us not be fooled by the enemy, let us concentrate not on our needs, but on the needs of the Kingdom of God, our responsibilities to God, and let us trust and wait for him. For God said: Matthew 6:33King James Version (KJV) 33 But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you. He also said: Isaiah 40:31King James Version (KJV) 31 But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint. - AAAAMEN! I pray that this message has opened your heart, eyes and mind to the truth in God’s word. I Pray that you have been strengthened according to his might, that your faith cannot be moved, and that no longer shall you seek your own desires and passions. That you will no longer give place to worry, doubt or fear. That each of us would go forth from this very moment, with Faith in God and His ability in us and for us rather than doubt of our own capability and relevance to this blessed body of Christ. WE ALL HAVE A JOB TO DO and it has nothing to do with our own selves or lives. Truth of the matter is YOU ARE COVERED! So keep your eyes on Jesus, the needs of His Kingdom, obedience to the Father, and His desires for you, his will for you and his plans for you which are ALWAYS GOOD! I pray for the blessing and anointing of the Holy Spirit to touch each reader and bless them, lead and guide them, and send them forth fearlessly and with great courage in sharing the gospel and serving the Lord. And regardless of what they see, they will BELIEVE THE TRUTH! In Jesus Holy and Precious name! AAAAAAMEN! God bless♥
