Good morning HANs family....did T25....175 squats....75 with 10lbs dumbbells...40 push ups...barely. 35 sit ups. 25 crunches.....15 planks..40 secs. Man i almost gave up.. did all this in 1hr n 7mins. Rested too long. I was just in bed n my hunny sez....how come you dont run anymore. I sed this evening. He sez hmmmm. He knows what im saying....this evening means.....might. he knows me more then i know myself. So imma get back up and do all my workouts and running again. No time for laziness and givimg up....STAY ACTIVE!!! see you all at noon!!!!
